The purchase price is approximately 70% of the market price. It is necessary to send us information about the property you would like to sell. Identification details such as: municipality where the property is located, cadastral territory, plot numbers, house number/no. apartment. In the case of arable land, we price each parcel individually with regard to size, farmland classification, access, share on property. Thus so we cannot give you a simple answer to the question of what price we buy m2 in Senec, for instance…. To be able to provide you with an offer for an apartment/house, it is necessary that we receive photo documentation of the real estate incl. exterior photos.
